amazing what you can do with a baby on your hip
At first my little man was scared to death of the vacuum. Who can blame him? It is loud and sucks up little toys that have been left on the floor. So...out comes the sling and we can actually get some work done.
It's a little harder to move around when I am carrying Tate, but I am still able to get my chores done. He is 2 years old and I still "wear" him almost every day. I don't go anywhere with out my trusty sling. Baby wearing is a great way to promote bonding with your new little ones.
I wish the girls were small enough to "wear." I can't get anything done when they need to be held. :o)
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing him in your cute little sling last weekend! It looks like a great way to bond and get things done! And it has got to be a great work-out for you carrying him around in it! :)
ReplyDeleteI already have a friend getting me one of those slings... looking forward to it! :)
ReplyDeleteSO CUTE and I so need to try this so I can still vacuum! Ahhh...I need a DOUBLE sling so I can wear the 21 and 12 month old who both freak out with the vacuum though. I so need to take a picture of that!!! NAAA...I think I'll just keep not vacuuming:). One day my friend...one day! It looks like you are doing SOOO well!!!
ReplyDeleteIs that a Rainbow??? We have a Rainbow!!!! Bethlehem was scared of the vacuum to begin with and we didn't vacuum for....well, um....we didn't vacuum for a little while after she came home. :)Now she loves it and wants to help, but she was in the sling for most vacuum sessions for quite some time!!
ReplyDeleteSweet. You have the most beautiful Crispy smile! I never could make my baby sling work for me. Daddy could wear her, but I would just wind up holding both her and the sling.
ReplyDeleteGood for you Cris...I am sure he is getting heavy to tote around.
ReplyDeleteYou look amazing and beautiful even while doing housework!!!
